"Golden Roses" bone china by T.F. & S.L. Phoenix. Made in England. Includes 

6 tea cups, 8 saucers, 6 bread plates, 1 salad plate, 1 dinner sized plate, 1 long rectangular server, 1 tea pot, 1 sugar bowl (with small square plate). 26 pieces in total. 

Good condition, this was obviously someone's favorite set and there is staining and crazing in some of the tea cups/tea pot. But so much gorgeous life left in the set.
