Made in Ukraine Bust
Alright, despite my internet searches I have no idea who this disapproving fellow is. If you know, help me out! Either way, I have a fascination for these ceramic busts, and will be referring to this guy as Dr. Phil until I figure out differently. Approximately 7.5 inches tall and 6 inches wide.
